My name is Amillion Roberson. I am a research assistant with a background in legal, criminal justice and public administration, with a focused interest in examining gender equity within the criminal justice system. My academic interests include gender disparities in policing, courts, corrections, and policy outcomes, as well as the intersection of gender, race, and justice reform. I also support research through literature reviews, data collection, and analysis, and I am committed to contributing to evidence based research that informs equitable criminal justice policies and practices.
