Gender does not exist in a vacuum and an equitable workplace is inclusive of all differences—visible and invisible. Our services provide public sector professionals and the academic community with the tools to create equitable workplaces, policies, and programs for persons within all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, races, ethnicities, members of socioeconomic statuses, and religions.
